The hotel offers nice and comfortable rooms at excellent prices for the Miami Beach area. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the employees were great. The garden vibes create a relaxing atmosphere.
The hotel has a cool vibe, near the beach, and not too far from the party scene. The rooms were a bit outdated, ended up upgrading to a private room with no refund for the dorm. The cleaning crew was exceptional, but there was a minor attitude issue. The location is great for a chill hangout, near the beach and with a lively bar on-site. The dining was satisfactory but could use more variety. Fair value for the price paid.
The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Miami Central Beach, making it a great alternative or post-beach rest spot. The rooms, however, need a serious makeover and are quite noisy, especially being close to public toilets. The service was lacking, with issues like not cleaning the room properly and unhelpful staff. The dining experience, while adequate, could use more variety in offerings. On the plus side, the location is fantastic and a hub for socializing, but security concerns in the rooms were alarming.
The hotel is in a lush palm tree lined outdoor area, close to the beach and a free trolley stop, offering a great Miami experience. I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were decently sized with nice linens and comfortable bedding, plus a sizable mini-fridge for convenience. The bathrooms were very clean, and the stylish building was a nice touch. However, the heat bar and restaurant attached to the hotel could get a bit noisy without any prior warning to guests.
My stay at the guest house was a mixed experience. The location was superb, being walking distance from the beach and close to major attractions of Miami Beach. The rooms, however, were below standard, reminiscent of a pre-historic era with very dim lighting. The dining options were limited, but the unexpected quality made up for it.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms had enough space to store my massive luggage, and I was impressed by the good-sized locker. I had a great night's rest and already booked again for another stay. The website and Expedia page were accurate, and I appreciated having a window overlooking the courtyard. However, the service had some issues that caused inconveniences with room changes and noise. Overall, a great experience with a few hiccups!
